eBay is retiring its eBay Marketplace Research tool on 15th September 2008, according to Terapeak, an eBay Certified Provider, whose tool will be offered as an alternative. Marketplace Research by Terapeak will be accessible from the eBay website, with Terapeak providing dedicated customer support. A number of changes to the Category Structure on eBay.com.au will be introduced this month.
These changes are being made in an effort to simplify the finding experience for buyers, and help make listing easier and faster for sellers.
